Refunds, Exchanges, and Guarantees
We're not satisfied unless you're satisfied.
New Merchandise:
Can be fully refunded if returned within 30 days in original unopened packaging.
Used Merchandise:
Can be exchanged if returned within 7 days; used bikes exchange at trade-in value, rather than purchase price.
Labor Charges:
For maintenance or repair services are guaranteed for 7 days, meaning that the service should adequately meet expectations, otherwise the labor will be repeated for free, or an alternate labor minus the value of the previously paid labor, will be offered.
Refunds:
Are generally applied to the original payment method.
Manufacturer Warranties:
Are honored for defective parts, excluding damage from crashes or misuse.
